Package with Care
Place the unwashed, unworn items back into their original biodegradable packaging, ensuring all organic cotton tags are still attached.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
